Point Fortin Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the murder of a woman. She has been identified as 55 yrs old Sandra Despot. Ms. Despot lifeless body was discovered shortly before 7pm Saturday at her home in Hollywood, Fanny Village, Point Fortin. Our newsroom understand that Ms. Despot body bore marks on violence to her face and was covered with a sheet.
Investigators are yet to establish any motive for the killing. Point Fortin and Homicide Officers from Region Three are continuing investigation.
